This is non refundable deposit for your procedure. It will be deducted from the price of your treatment. Please make sure you contact us first to double check for available appointment that suits your needs.
Once the appointment is secured it can not be canceled. You can reschedule it once free of charge up to 48 hours before the procedure. If you reschedule more than once, additional fee will be added to the final price of your procedure.
If you do not come for your appointment or cancel it in less than 48 hours, you will be charged fee of $100 (you will lose your deposit) and you should pay it once more in order to secure another appointment.
Deposit
Before check out, please make sure you have made your appointment with us. We'll not provide refund if you do not show up for you appointment or you are late more than 30 minutes.
You are able to reschedule your appointment once free of charge in case you do that at least 48 hour in advance.
In case of last minute cancelation (less than 24 hours or no show up) you will be charged 100% of the appointment and if you like to make another one you will have to pay it again.
If you decide to cancel/reschedule your appointment 24 to 48 hours before the session you will be charged 30% on top of your payment.
