If you are a Groupon voucher client, you are welcome to use your voucher with us.
In order to book an appointment, just contact us over the phone or email, pick a date and time for your treatment and secure it by sending us a copy of your voucher including the security code.
In case you need to reschedule your appointment, you have to give us at least 48 hours notice. Please keep in mind that your voucher will be redeemed and used as a deposit for your treatment. In case you fail to give us a 48 hours notice or you don't show up for your appointment, $100 will be deducted from the voucher. That amount need to be payed at the day of your next appointment.
For your treatment you will need to bring over a numbing cream. Usually all brands available in the pharmacy would do the job.
In case you have changed your mind and you like different treatment (not included in our Groupon deals) you are welcome to upgrade by paying the difference once you come for your tattoo.
Touch up sessions are not included in the voucher and they need to be booked directly with us.
